Your new website.Designed, builtand live in 7 days.
Custom, good-looking mobile websites for detailers, tattoo studios, groomers and other local trades. And because a nice site should also make money, it takes bookings and deposits too.
Your work looks great. Your website should too. Most local sites are slow, dated, hard to use on a phone and say "call for pricing."
Four trades. Four different looks.
I'm just getting started, so these are concept builds for made-up Denver businesses, not client sites. Each one shows the kind of design thinking every real build gets.
Mile High Mobile Detail
Mobile auto detailing. Loud, confident and built to sell a service you can see.
- Layout
- Prices by vehicle size up top, because that's the first thing people ask.
- Type
- A heavy condensed headline that feels like a shop sign.
- Photos
- Before and after shots do the selling. No stock cars.
- Mobile
- Call, text and book stay pinned to the bottom of the screen.

Black Pine Tattoo
Tattoo studio. Dark, quiet and editorial, so the work is the loudest thing on the page.
- Layout
- Big portfolio grid, artist pages, flash drops.
- Type
- An elegant serif with lots of black space.
- Photos
- Healed work, shot well, cropped tight.
- Forms
- A custom-piece request that asks for size, placement and references.

Front Range Pup Co.
Dog grooming & training. Warm, friendly and easy to scan for a busy dog owner.
- Layout
- Grooming and training split clearly, with the van's weekly route.
- Type
- Rounded, friendly headings that still read clearly.
- Photos
- Real dogs, real before and after.
- Speed
- Images sized for phones so it loads fast at the dog park.

Clear Creek Community Pantry
Local nonprofit. Calm and clear, with two paths: get help, or give help.
- Layout
- "Get food" is on the first screen, separate from donating.
- Type
- Large, plain text that's easy to read for everyone.
- Giving
- Preset amounts with what each one pays for.
- Access
- High contrast and works with screen readers.

Drag to see the redesign.
Left is the kind of site a lot of local businesses still have. Right is the same business, redesigned. Both are made-up examples.
A website first. One that also works hard.
The website
- Custom designDesigned around your trade and your town. No template with your logo dropped in.
- Mobile-first buildBuilt for the phone first, then scaled up for desktop.
- CopywritingI write the words in plain language your customers actually use. You approve every line.
- Photos & galleryYour real work, cropped and sized well. I'll tell you exactly what to shoot if you need more.
- Google & local searchGoogle Business Profile cleanup, page titles, sitemap and Search Console.
- SpeedHand-built, light pages that load fast on a weak signal.
That also books and gets paid
- Online bookingCustomers pick a time from your own booking tool.
- DepositsPaid through your own Stripe or booking account.
- RemindersConfirmations and reminders so fewer people no-show.
- Review requestsA simple ask after the job, linked to your Google profile.
Plus 30 days of free fixes after launch, and everything stays in your name.
Four steps, one week.
Day 0
A 20-minute call about your work, your customers and what you like. You send photos, prices and access invites, and the 7-day clock starts.
Day 1–3
I design your homepage: layout, type, colors, photos and copy. You get a preview link and mark it up. Revision one.
Day 4–6
Every page built, tuned for phones and speed, with booking and deposits connected and tested. Revision two.
Day 7
Your domain points to the new site, your Google profile is updated, and you get a short walkthrough video.
The standard every site has to pass
Two rounds of changes are included. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on you. I guarantee the launch date and a working site, not a number of customers.
Four ways to work together.
Flat prices, posted here, the same for everyone.

Hi, I'm Alex.
I'm a U.S. veteran living in the Denver area, and Apex Booked is the new thing I'm building: a small web design studio for local service businesses. I'll be straight with you: it's brand new. No long client list yet, and no made-up reviews on this page.
What I do have is a high bar for design, a written quality standard every site has to pass, and the time to do it right for a handful of local businesses at a time.
You'll deal with me directly, start to finish. If something's wrong, you text me, not a ticket system.
Veteran-owned · Denver metroYour work is good. Your website should make that obvious in about five seconds.Alex Casillas, owner
How much does it cost, all in?
Launch is $1,997, paid half when we start and half when you go live. Launch + Care is $1,497 up front plus $297 a month (six-month minimum, then month to month). Your domain runs about $11 a year and is in your name. Your booking and payment tools may have their own small fees, and I'll tell you exactly what those are before we start.
What do I need to give you?
A short intake form, your logo if you have one, real photos of your work (phone photos are fine), your prices, and access invites to your domain, Google Business Profile and booking tool. The 7-day clock starts once I have those.
What if it isn't live in 7 days?
Then you get your deposit back. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on something from you, like photos or an invite. That's the whole catch.
Do I own it?
Yes. Your domain, your Google profile, your booking account and your payment account stay in your name. I'm added as a manager, not an owner. On Launch, the site code is yours after the final payment.
Can you guarantee more customers?
No, and be careful of anyone who says they can. What I guarantee is the delivery date and a booking and deposit flow that works. A clear, fast site that takes deposits usually helps, but I won't promise numbers.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes. After that, Launch clients either move the site to their own free Cloudflare account (I show you how) or keep me hosting it for $29 a month. Care clients get hosting, edits, a monthly Google post and review requests handled.
I'm not in Denver. Can you still help?
Right now I'm focused on the Denver metro so I can meet people in person. If you're elsewhere in Colorado, reach out anyway and we'll see.
Let’s build your new site.
Tell me about your business. I'll reply within one business day, usually the same day. No pressure, no sales sequence.
